Thanks to the 709 crew. I really enjoyed the diversity of the evening. It was interesting to see the various people who walked through the doors, and their interest in the music, and the whole setting of the evening.

    Sorry for my slow response.... you are very welcome Jerri-Lee!

    Kultura was a pretty incredible step forward for us, and it has really energised me personally so there are already a few events on the horizon.

    Finally we had a chance to get dressed up and shake our asses in a VERY nice venue.

    The people at the AGC were very happy with us and the event, so look forward to us heading back there again in the future as well.

      hey question - howcome you guys posted on the fliers that it was 18+ yet no ID's were being checked? i mean if you were gonna fool the art gallery thats cool but i knew people who wanted to go that couldnt because they thought it was 18+

        random dj with record bag - "hey my buddy said you guys are havin a party here you need any extra djs"
        me - "no i think the djs have been organized like a month or so ago"
        dj - "well do you wanna ask if any of the djs didnt show up?"
        me - "i dunno man what do you spin"
        dj - "hard house"
        me - "BAHAAHHAHAHA"
        dj - *blank stare*
        me - "oh you were serious?" *runs inside*

        too bad i was thrown out early tho i was really diggin amir amiri....oh well ill be seein him tonight!

          It was still 18+, we were checking many ID's mainly those of folks that looked like they were young.

          We just were not militant about it, which I think people prefer whn being greeted at the door.

          Got to keep things friendly ya know!

          That's funny.. another DJ showed up at the end of my set and asked me if he could throw down some drum n' bass..

          some people just don't get it...
